Fundraising - Leaving a Legacy to Explore in Your Will
Leaving a gift to Explore in your will
Including a gift to Explore in your will is perhaps the most special, personal way that you can make your concern for young people live on for many years to come. Your gift to Explore doesn't have to be big to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable young people. Many of our supporters may leave us the residue of their estate, having provided for loved ones.
It is easy to include a gift to Explore in your will. If you feel you would like to proceed, we suggest that in the first instance you contact your solicitor who is best placed to give impartial guidance and will advise you on how to make a legacy to Explore. There is no specific wording that we require - however, you should include our charity number: 1084226.
If you feel you would like to talk your decision through further or you have any questions at this stage about supporting Explores' work with a legacy, please do not hesitate to contact Rawle Beckles on 0207 2780699 or email:
enquiries@theexploreexperience.co.uk.

Giving to charity through a wedding or civil partnership is an increasingly popular way for couples to make a real difference. In place of a traditional gift list many people are now opting to ask their guests to donate to a chosen charity.
By donating to Explore you can support numerous UK based projects. We can assist you in putting together a gift list and will, of course, keep you up-dated on the amount of money your guests have raised as the big day approaches.
We offer a personalised, tailored approach to your gift list. Perhaps you would like the donations you raise to fund our work in a specific county or one of our programmes in schools that you feel is particularly important.
An Explore representative can visit you to discuss your particular requirements if you wish and we will, with your input, design and produce all materials that will go out with your invitations.
We provide administration and processing of all donations.
A thank you message is sent to you, before the big day, detailing the amount raised and a brief summary of the difference this has made. Many couples like to read this out during the speeches as a way of thanking all their guests for their generosity.
You can also celebrate anniversaries and birthdays by asking for donations in place of gifts.
By using your special day to raise funds for Explore you will enable us to give practical assistance to thousands of young people in schools and prisons around the UK.

Donate in memory
Remember someone close to you by making a donation in their memory. This is a valuable and positive way to celebrate the life of a loved one, whilst helping Explore make a difference for the future.
